ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES

1. Submission Fees
   Pakistan Journal of Artificial Intelligence (PJAI) does not impose any submission fees. Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts without any financial obligation at the initial stage.

2. Article Processing Charges (APC)
   Upon acceptance, the following charges apply for manuscript processing and publication:

   • For National Authors: PKR 25,000

   • For International Authors: USD 150

   These charges cover peer review, editorial processing, production, and open-access publication.

3. Changes & Modifications Policy

   • Before Indexing in Google Scholar: Modifications to the manuscript are permitted before indexing, subject to an additional fee equal to the APC.

   • After Indexing in Google Scholar: No further modifications or changes will be entertained.

4. Refund Policy

   • Full Refund: A refund is applicable only in cases of duplicate payment or if the article is withdrawn due to editorial or ethical concerns.

   • No Refund: No refunds will be provided once an article is accepted, published, or voluntarily withdrawn by the author.
